Assist Adjusting LLC applies post-ticketing service fees for any requests made after ticket issuance, including cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and special service requests. These fees are charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis and are in addition to any applicable airline, hotel, or third-party supplier fees.
All post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. We disclose all applicable fees upfront and display the complete final total, including service fees and supplier charges, before payment confirmation to ensure full transparency.
